Project team reviewing drawings on site

Vendor-neutral. No equipment sold, no installations performed.

Facility Technology Assessments

A structured, multi-phase evaluation of every low-voltage and communications system in your facility. You finish with a complete inventory, an honest condition and code assessment, and a clear view of what needs attention now versus what can wait.

Systems we evaluate

  • Structured cabling, copper and fiber
  • Data networks and wireless systems
  • Fiber optic backbone and performance testing
  • Phone systems and VoIP infrastructure
  • Access control systems
  • Video surveillance, VMS, and camera networks
  • Physical security and burglar alarm systems
  • Fire alarm systems, including device inventory and code review
  • Nurse call systems
  • Emergency call stations and area of rescue
  • Emergency phones
  • Emergency radio BDA systems
  • Power capacity and UPS systems
  • Generator sizing for technology loads

How an assessment runs

  1. We walk the facility system by system and record what is actually installed, not what the drawings claim.
  2. Each system is aged, tested where testing applies, and checked against the code edition now in force.
  3. Findings are sorted by risk: what is failing, what is out of compliance, what is simply near end of life.
  4. You receive the written assessment, the device inventory, and a prioritized set of recommendations.

Why owners bring us in

No surprises

Emergency replacement always costs more than planned replacement. Knowing what is near end of life removes the surprise.

No sales pressure

We do not sell hardware and we do not install. There is no product on the other side of the recommendation.

Bid-ready findings

The assessment is written so a contractor can quote from it and you can compare the quotes fairly.
