Written for the owner. Not for a vendor quote sheet.
System Documentation & Lifecycle Planning
Most facilities cannot say what is installed, how old it is, or what happens when it fails. We build that record and put a replacement timeline and a budget against it, so technology spending becomes a plan instead of a series of emergencies.
What you receive
Full device inventory
Every device on every system, recorded with location, make, model, and condition.
Age and compatibility review
What each system is, how old it is, and what it will and will not integrate with going forward.
Code compliance assessment
Where each system stands against the code edition now enforced, and what an inspection would flag.
Immediate risk identification
The items that need attention now, separated clearly from the ones that can be scheduled.
Three to four year replacement budget
Real numbers, sequenced by priority, in a form you can take into a capital planning meeting.
Integration planning
How future expansions should connect to what is already there, documented before anyone quotes the work.
Why documentation is the expensive gap
When no one has a record, every contractor who walks the building has to rediscover it, and every quote includes the cost of that discovery. Scope gets guessed at. Change orders follow. The same questions get answered and then lost again on the next project.
A current, accurate record removes that overhead permanently. It also means the owner, not the vendor, holds the knowledge about the building.
Budgeting and capital planning
Three to five year roadmaps
A replacement schedule across every system, so capital requests are predictable rather than reactive.
Numbers for upcoming projects
Budget figures you can plan against before a vendor has been asked for anything.
Prioritized by risk
Recommendations ordered by risk, age, and code exposure, not by what is easiest to sell.
Contractor selection support
Because we do not install, we can say who should
We recommend reliable contractors, provide the bid-ready documentation they quote from, evaluate the proposals that come back for accuracy and scope, and make sure the owner receives the right solution rather than the most profitable one for a vendor.
